First up, grace period... short answer: There is none. If you dont have the game by the 20th, you simply cannot play. So, might want to update your shipping to 1st or 2nd day. (Some retailers appear to be shipping it early, so good luck)

Early access... according to SR's twitter just now, it really is 7 days. Everyone will be getting emails starting @7:00AM EST on the 13th in a rolling wave depending upon when you preordered.
